How quickly will my order ship?＋
In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 4–8 business days after payment and the information needed to complete the order are received. This is a dispatch estimate; carrier transit time is separate. Read the shipping policy.
Can I return gear after opening it?＋
Request a return within 30 calendar days after carrier delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, clean, complete and resalable. Reasonable indoor inspection is allowed, but outdoor use or signs of wear may make an item ineligible. Some hygiene, consumable, personalized and final-sale items are excluded; damaged, defective or incorrect items remain eligible for the remedies described in our policy.
