These Sales Terms explain the rules that apply specifically to purchasing outdoor and camping products from Naas Carley.

PLACING AN ORDER
Customers are responsible for checking the selected product, dimensions, intended use, color, size, variant, quantity, delivery address, and order total before payment.
Submitting payment creates an offer to purchase. The sale is accepted only when we expressly accept the order or issue a shipping confirmation.
PRICE AND CURRENCY
The applicable price and transaction currency are displayed at checkout.
Shipping charges and taxes are shown before payment when they can reasonably be calculated.
A promotional or displayed price may be corrected before acceptance if it resulted from a clear technical or publishing error.
PAYMENT REVIEW
The selected payment provider must authorize the transaction.
We may conduct reasonable reviews involving billing information, order pattern, device activity, delivery address, or other fraud indicators.
A review can delay acceptance or result in cancellation when the transaction cannot be verified.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Outdoor products may become unavailable because of demand, inspection failure, damaged inventory, transport restrictions, or delayed stock information.
When an ordered item is unavailable, we may:
• Cancel it and issue a refund
• Provide a revised dispatch date
• Offer an alternative for the customer to accept or reject
We do not automatically replace an item with a materially different product.
FULFILLMENT COMMITMENT
In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 4–8 business days after payment authorization and receipt of complete order information.
Carrier transit time is additional. If we cannot meet the dispatch commitment, we will provide the customer with a delay or cancellation option.
QUANTITY LIMITS
We may limit or cancel quantities that reasonably appear connected to fraud, inventory manipulation, unauthorized resale, promotion abuse, export restrictions, or safety concerns.
PRODUCT SUITABILITY
Customers must determine whether a product’s dimensions, load rating, materials, weather resistance, fuel compatibility, battery requirements, and intended use are appropriate for their plans.
Product suitability may depend on the destination, weather, terrain, local rules, and user experience.
PROMOTIONS
Promotions apply only to the products, customers, quantities, and dates stated in the offer.
A promotion has no cash value unless required by law. Returning a qualifying product may reduce or remove a promotional benefit where permitted.
RETURNS
Returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
Outdoor use can permanently change a product’s condition. A product used at a campsite, on a trail, near fire or fuel, or in wet or dirty conditions is not normally eligible for a change-of-mind return.
TIME STANDARD
All business-day and deadline calculations follow Eastern Time (“ET”), including EST or EDT according to the season.
