The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MONOLOGUE LLC.
The terms “you” and “customer” refer to the person using this website or placing an order.

By visiting this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility
You represent that you are the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian where required.

3. Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under that account. Email support@monologueee.com if you believe your account was used without permission.

4. Products
We sell outdoor and camping products for personal and recreational use. Product pages describe size, materials, intended use, and care. Photos, colors, and finishes can vary with lighting and use.

Listings are not professional advice for rescue, climbing, medical, occupational-safety, or emergency work. You are responsible for choosing a product that fits your trip, following local rules and fire restrictions, and inspecting gear before use.

We may correct listing, pricing, or inventory errors before an order is accepted.

5. Orders
Submitting payment is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing.

We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price or listing error is found, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an unshipped item, we will refund the amount paid for that item.

6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout displays another currency. Shipping charges and applicable taxes appear before you complete payment when they can be calculated.

Payment is processed by the checkout provider. MONOLOGUE LLC does not store complete card numbers.

7. Shipping
Eligible orders are shipped to addresses in the United States. Available options appear at checkout.

In-stock orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment is authorized and the order details are complete.
After dispatch, shipping within the United States typically takes 3–6 business days.
Most in-stock U.S. orders arrive about 5–10 business days after purchase.

Eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping. No minimum purchase is required. Free shipping covers the outbound shipping charge only.

Order cutoff: 5:00 PM ET on business days.

8. Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and suitable for resale. Items used outdoors may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.

Email support@monologueee.com before sending a return. Do not mail items to the Kentucky business address unless we authorize that destination in writing.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after we receive and inspect an authorized return. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.

9. Acceptable use
You may not use this website to submit false information, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse promotions.

10. Intellectual property
Text, images, layout, and design on this website are owned or licensed by MONOLOGUE LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, this website and the products are provided as described on the product pages. Outdoor conditions, assembly, weather, and user handling affect performance.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MONOLOGUE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected item, except where the law requires otherwise.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer-protection law in your state requires otherwise.

15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
