Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Eligible orders delivered within the United States receive free standard shipping. No minimum purchase is required.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. After dispatch, U.S. transit is typically 3–6 business days. Most in-stock orders arrive about 5–10 business days after purchase.

What is your order cutoff time?
Orders placed by 5:00 PM ET on a business day usually enter that day's processing queue. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day.

How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, we send it to the checkout email after the order is dispatched. The first carrier scan can take up to 72 hours to appear.

What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, clean, complete, and suitable for resale. Email support@monologueee.com before sending an item back.

Who pays for return shipping?
The customer pays return shipping on approved change-of-mind returns. MONOLOGUE LLC covers reasonable authorized return shipping for a verified defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error.

When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect an authorized return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Can I cancel my order?
You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Cancellation is complete only after we confirm it. After shipment, please use the return policy.
